Questions

Which shape should a beginner choose?

Round. The sweet spot is in the centre, so shots are easier to place and forgive off-centre hits.

How heavy should my racket be?

Most adults play between 350 and 370 g. Lighter rackets are easier on the arm, heavier ones add power.

What is the difference between 3K, 12K and 18K carbon?

The number is the thread count in the carbon weave. Higher numbers feel stiffer and more precise, and cost more.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Can I return a racket I have played with?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on rackets that have been played with, as our return policy applies only to items in new, unused condition. We appreciate your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can help with anything else.
